These people are incompetent:

1. They are unable to deliver the disabled person to a scheduled appointment without getting lost, then just abandoning the appointment altogether;

2. In another appointment, despite them having CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS of other commitments, they made a clashing appointment with two different therapists which resulted in a cancelled appointment of one on short notice. Refused to compensate us despite acknowledging responsibility.
