I can tell you now, you don’t want to work for or be cared for by this company. The sheer chaos in this company is mind boggling. There is zero communication skills held by upper management, which then unfortunately trickles down to the support workers putting them in compromising situations. Upper management only cares about the funding received and not the care that is being given. I was put in some horrible situations that I was expected to get myself out of that put clients lives at risk.
