I have had the worst experience in relation to the NDIS from them. I cannot believe they are still a registered NDIS provider, as they are not compliant with the NDIS legislation and guidelines. It is beyond belief. They are not there for the participant and will exhaust your funds without advising you. Their lack of appropriate support, respect, empathy, communication and work ethics are hard to comprehend. Complaints from other participants and NDIS providers have also been heard.
