Zena Clarke Counselling provides a safe environment for children and young people, to express themselves, in a developmentally appropriate way.  The counselling approach is holistic, with a child-centred strengths focus.  A range of modalities are used including creative therapies, life story work, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), play therapy, trauma-informed care and practice, movement interventions, AutPlay therapy, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
