Use the search bar on our homepage or the Providers page. You can search by service type, category, or keyword, and filter by location (city, state, or region). You can also browse by NDIS support category to find providers that match your needs.
The NDIS Price Guide Navigator is a free tool on our website that lets you search NDIS support items and prices by state, line number, name, or category. It helps you understand current NDIS pricing and find the right support items for your plan.
The NDIS Budget Calculator helps you estimate the cost of supports according to the NDIS Price Guide. You can add multiple support items, see total costs, and plan your budget over time. It’s useful for participants and support coordinators.
If you’re an NDIS-registered or unregistered provider, you can list your service by signing up as a provider. Go to the “List your service” or provider signup page, choose a plan, and complete the registration. Once approved, your listing will appear in search results.
We offer different pricing plans for providers. Visit our Pricing page to compare plans and features. Plans vary by the number of listings, features (e.g. badges, gallery), and support options. You can start with a plan that fits your business size.
Request Match allows NDIS participants to submit a service request. We match them with relevant providers based on their needs and location. Providers can respond to requests and connect with potential clients.
If your business is listed on our site but you don’t manage it yet, you can claim it. Go to the listing page and click “Claim” (or “Claim Listing”). You’ll need to verify you’re the owner or authorised representative. Once verified, you can manage the listing.
Not necessarily. We list both NDIS-registered and unregistered providers. You can usually see registration status on the provider’s listing. NDIS-registered providers can deliver supports funded by NDIS plans; unregistered providers may offer services paid privately.
Each listing has contact details such as phone, email, or a “Send Message” button. Use these to get in touch directly. Some providers also have enquiry forms on their listing pages.
Yes. If you have an account, you can save providers to your wishlist by clicking the heart icon on a listing. You can view and manage your saved providers from your account dashboard.
Click “Login” or “Sign up” in the header. Fill in your details to create a free account. As a participant, you can search, save providers, and use Request Match. As a provider, you’ll need to complete provider registration and choose a plan.
