What is the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue?
The NDIS Price Guide — officially the NDIS Support Catalogue and Pricing Arrangements — lists every funded support item, its line number, and the maximum price providers can charge. Our NDIS Price Guide Navigator turns that catalogue into a fast search tool so you can look up support items and prices by state without downloading hundreds of pages from the NDIS Commission.
Whether you need hourly rates for community participation, therapy, transport, or daily living supports, you can filter by NDIS support category, keyword, or item code and see the correct price for NSW, Victoria, Queensland, and every other state and territory.
How to search support items and prices by state
Start by choosing your state or territory — pricing can differ between metro, remote, and very remote areas. Then either type a keyword (for example “nappies” or “community access”) or pick a support category from the dropdown and press search.
Each result shows the item name, line number, category, and the current maximum price for your selected state. From there you can open our budget tool to model how many hours or units your plan funding will cover at those rates.
NDIS Price Guide coverage across Australia
This navigator includes pricing for NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT, plus Remote and Very Remote classifications where the NDIS applies different price limits. Rates align with the latest NDIS pricing arrangements published by the NDIS Commission and are updated when new catalogues are released.
Providers quoting services, support coordinators comparing line items, and participants checking what a support should cost can all use the same searchable NDIS Price Guide data in one place.
Who uses the NDIS Price Guide Navigator?

Support coordinators
Find line items quickly when building plans or reviewing provider invoices.
NDIS providers
Look up catalogue codes and embed this search tool on your own website for clients.
Families and carers
Understand support item names and prices when helping a loved one use their plan.
Support categories in the NDIS Price Guide
The NDIS groups funded supports into categories such as daily living, transport, consumables, social participation, employment, home modifications, and more. Use the category filter above to browse items within a single funding area, or search by keyword when you know the support you need but not its catalogue code.
Every line item in the Support Catalogue has a unique item number (sometimes called a line number). Providers must bill using these codes so the NDIA can pay claims correctly — searching by code is often the fastest way to confirm you have the right item.

Is this the official NDIS Price Guide?
We source item names, line numbers, and price limits from the NDIS Support Catalogue and Pricing Arrangements published by the NDIS Commission. This tool is a searchable navigator to help you find information faster; always confirm critical funding decisions against the official NDIS documentation.
Why do NDIS prices vary by state?
The NDIS applies different price limits for standard, remote, and very remote locations. Selecting the correct state or remoteness classification ensures you see the maximum rate that applies where the support is delivered.
How often is the price guide updated?
We update our data when the NDIS Commission releases a new Support Catalogue or pricing update — typically at the start of the financial year and sometimes mid-year. The “last price updated” date on this page shows when our database was last refreshed.
Can I embed this NDIS Price Guide on my website?
Yes. Registered and unregistered providers can create a free account on Disability Providers and copy an embed code for the Price Guide Navigator or Budget Calculator. The widget stays current automatically when NDIS pricing changes.
