Why We Started
Your Way, Your Wellness was founded on the belief that everyone deserves support that truly reflects their needs, choices, and aspirations. After years of working in the mental health and disability sector, we saw first hand the gaps in services where individuals didn’t always feel heard, respected, or empowered to shape their own support.
Rather than forcing people into rigid systems, We wanted to create a space where support adapts to the person, not the other way around. A place where individuals feel safe, valued, and in control of their journey. Having worked within the NDIS for many years, We understood how overwhelming it can be to navigate plans and access services.
